What To Do: If you are a former employee and needing your a copy of your training certificates sent to you, please select the "buy now" button. A $35.00 document retrieval fee is required plus a $2.00 shipping fee. We will mail the certificates to the mailing address you specify. We will only mail document, we do not fax, email, arrange for pick-up in person or sent via any other method.
Please allow two weeks for retrieval plus mailing costs. All certificates are sent USPS and unfortunately tracking numbers are not included. We will sent you an email once the documents have been sent. Click on the "Buy Now" button to continue with your order.
Why we are doing this:Once an employee is no longer with the company, the file containing their certificates is moved to a storage location offsite. The information is stored with other past employees charts and sifting through them to obtain documents can be a time consuming process. In addition, after certificate copies are made - the chart needs to be reconstructed and refiled at the storage location. Since the process is time consuming - we are now charging a retrieval fee. In addition, we have made multiple appointments with former employees to pick-up their documents and they have not shown up for their appointment time. This has caused us unnecessary inconvenience. Therefore we will only mail a copy of certificates.
